Independent Executive Project Leadership
Evolution Projects is an independent project and construction management consultancy based in Cambodia and built for complex development environments. Clients engage Evolution when a project requires senior judgement, disciplined controls and a team that understands both international standards and the realities of delivery in Asia-Pacific markets.
The firm brings together project leaders, construction managers, design coordinators and commercial specialists with working relationships that reach back to 2012. Its role is to protect the owner’s position, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and keep programme, cost, quality and operational handover visible from the earliest planning stages.

Matt Christie is the Founder & Director of Evolution Projects, with more than twenty years of experience delivering complex construction, hospitality and infrastructure projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
He provides strategic leadership and executive oversight from project inception through planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. His experience includes luxury hospitality, off-grid resort environments, mixed-use developments, retail destinations, infrastructure coordination and projects requiring strong local knowledge, disciplined reporting and practical site leadership.
